At Haya Zone, we have a very easy & hassle-free return policy.
In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy allows for you to return it within 7 days of its delivery.

How to Return a Product

hayazone.com  Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on hayazone.com within 7 days of receipt.
If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy

1.    For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept return of briefs, panties, or shapewear panties, or an opened box of a lingerie set that includes panties.
2.    cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes, fashion accessories, hair accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
3.    Mittens, Socks and Wrist-Bands cannot be exchanged or returned.
4.    Cash cannot be claimed against gift cards.
5.    No item that has been sold as part of a multipack can be returned as an individual item.
6.    Items bought under discount during sales or special promotions, or using credit coupons or promo-codes cannot be returned.
7.    Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled.
Only self-ship return allowed for such items, the pickup facility will not be available.

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
1.    Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
2.    Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.
3.    In case you had purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the item, maximum of      Refunds/Free item MRP will be debited until the satisfactory receipt of all free gift(s)/offer item(s) that are shipped along with it.
4.    If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

The value of the credit coupon will be equal to the final amount paid by you (after discounts) at the time of purchase.
